This top quality wine is made from a blend of grapes within Valdobbiadene using Prosecco,  Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, a first ever in a sparkling wine. The combination of the three grapes makes this wine unmistakable: Foss Marai Cuvee offering a delicate peach and wild flower aroma with hints of green pepper which is typical of the Sauvignon.

This sparkling wine is not limited to any one meal, it goes very well with sushi and spicy dishes or mild cheeses.

As of April 2001 CUVEE’ FOSS MARAI was the only Italian wine awarded at the  “6° INTERNATIONAL PACKAGING COMPETITION”  with the coveted GOLD MEDAL.

In April 2003 at the 11TH INTERNATOINAL OENOLOGICAL CONTEST held during the 37° VINITALY, a specialised jury of international experts and journalists chose FOSS MARAI CUVEE as the Great Gold Medal winner.

These awards are a merit to FOSS MARAI for their capacity of presenting a sparkling wine with outstanding characteristics and thanks to the artistic bottle reminiscent of Murano glass artwork.
